| In recent years,as the interconnection between different regions of the power grid has increased obviously,the possibility of causing a large-scale blackout caused by the improper handling of local system faults or the improper operation of protection and automatic devices has also been increasing.Once a large-scale power grid has occurred Power outage will result in an unpredictable loss to the national economy.If a reasonable and reliable restoration plan is prepared in advance for the power grid and the system is restored according to a prepared recovery plan after the accident,the blackout time will be minimized and the losses caused by the accident reduced.Therefore,how to make a scientific and reasonable black-start scheme according to the actual structure and characteristics of the grid and treat it as an important part of the grid emergency plan is of very important significance for the emergency handling of actual power system or system crisis management.Aiming at multiple attribute in the first step of electric power system black start,scheme evaluation,the characteristics of the subjective and objective weights are difficult to determine.This paper proposes the model of entropy-weight ideal point,proposes a more complete evaluation index set.And the model ranks blackstart alternative paths based on Euclidean distance.The model has achieved a good combination of objectivity of data information and subject preferences of expert by using scale method to deal with expert subjective weights and increase the ambiguity.The method is simple in calculation and reliable results.Tianjin power grid black start scheme evaluation results prove the effectiveness of this method.There is always simple single objective optimization model,neglecting the character of nodes and the middle state,in the black-start recovery strategy,the combination of skeleton-network reconfiguration and load recovery.Therefore,a relatively complete system of multi-objective optimization restoration model is proposed.Simultaneously considering the factors such as the comprehensive weight of node,available generating capacity margin and network disturbance,multi-objective function is solved in every period by the particle swarm optimization.Simulation results of actual Tianjin Grid 126-bus system power show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.This paper makes a black-start pre-arranged planning for the power grid of Tianjin BaoDi.Since the black paper has no black start power and the grid structure is simple,the black-start plan has a certain subjectivity.However,the black-start plan is to a certain extent faster and safer for the power dispatcher.More stable restoration of power has helped. |
