Study On Black Start Scheme In Dongguan Power Grid

More and more recognition has been focused on the black-start and security of power systems because black-outs had taken place frequently in the past few years. Blackstatr means restoration from blackout of failure, generating units that can restore by themselves statr up without the support of other power system firstly, then assist other generating units to strat up, and realizes the restoration of tntire power system finally. Black start is last guarantee of power system,it is an effective way to restart the system.This paper aime to study the Black-start plan of DongGuan powe system. With the deep analysis on the basic principle and preventing questions, self-excitation of units, transformer inrush current,overvoltage are studied. Then, in order to restore the power plants and important user quickly, the paper presents an effective black start path. Considering the Black Start Power of DongGuan is not put into operation, five black-start path are put forward. The paper focuses on the black-start plan study of internal power supply, The plan is divided into three stages and and a brief summarize of available analysis method in respect to every stage. The simulation results show that the plan is effective and available.
