The problem of black start after a large-scale power outage is a key point in the field of power grid security research.A reasonable and effective black start scheme is of great significance for the rapid recovery of the power grid.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and index system of black start scheme evaluation,this paper studies a black start scheme optimization model based on the ideal point method and a black start scheme optimization model that comprehensively considers the subjective and objective weights.The models are verified through actual case of Tianjin power grid.The specific research contents are as follows:The current status of research on the determination and selection of black start power sources,calibration and evaluation of black start scheme at home and abroad are reviewed.Then focuses on the analysis of the formation process of black start scheme,and illustrates the verification method of black start scheme with actual case of China Southern Power Grid.The main influencing factors of the black start scheme evaluation and the general principles of the scheme formulation are analyzed,and the black start scheme evaluation index system from the three dimensions of reliability,timeliness and power generation are constructed.An optimal decision model of black start scheme based on ideal point method is proposed.Firstly,according to the actual situation of the power system,the black start decision matrix is constructed and standardized.Then,a multi-objective optimization model is built to minimize the distance between each scheme and the ideal scheme.Then,Lagrange function is introduced to solve the ideal weight vector,and the comprehensive evaluation values of each scheme are obtained and sorted.Finally,the practicability and effectiveness of this method are verified through the actual case of Tianjin Power Grid.Another optimal decision model of black start scheme considering the subjective and objective weights is proposed.Firstly,the subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method are effectively integrated to construct a multi-objective optimization model.Then,Lagrange function is introduced to solve the ideal weight vector,and the comprehensive evaluation values of each scheme are obtained and sorted.Finally,the practicability and effectiveness of this method are verified through the actual case of Tianjin Power Grid.The influence of managers' relative preference coefficients of subjective and objective decisions on evaluation results is also discussed.
