With the development of science and technology,the high-speed rail industry has entered the fast lane.The development of informatization and intelligentization has brought opportunities and challenges to the operation and maintenance of high-speed railway stations(HSR station).With more and more equipment being put into use,the difficulty in the equipment operation and maintenance of HSR station is increasing,the cost is getting higher and higher,and the efficiency is getting lower and lower.Traditional equipment operation and maintenance processes can no longer meet need of the safe operation of high-speed railways and the requirement for safe travel of passengers,so how to optimize the management process of the equipment operation and maintenance has become a key factor in the management quality of the equipment operation and maintenance.BIM technology,as the "fresh force" in the management of the operation and maintenance of equipment,has seen rapid advances in its technology in recent years and has achieved initial success in the application of various industries.As the development direction of the equipment operation and maintenance management system,it is imperative to introduce BIM technology for the equipment operation and maintenance management of HSR station.Based on systematic analysis of equipment operation and maintenance management and BIM technology related documents at home and abroad,this paper combines BIM with equipment operation and maintenance management,and proposes a BIM-based high-speed rail equipment operation and maintenance system management model for data integration and visualization.Taking Tianjin Xi Railway Station as the actual research object,on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the current operation and maintenance management process,the Pareto analysis tool was used to find out the crux of the inefficient work.Then,based on the combination of BIM technology,database technology and equipment operation and maintenance management theory,this paper proposes a BIM-based process optimization plan for the operation and maintenance management of the Tianjin Xi Railway Station.Finally,the planning and design of the operation and maintenance management system for HSR station equipment based on BIM is presented.The application model and advantages of the new system in the operation and maintenance management ofTianjin Xi Railway Station are presented,and the benefits and contributions brought by the new operation and maintenance management process are analyzed.
