Abstract/Summary:
According to the development trend of Railway Communication Department in the information technology of operation and maintenance management of communication room in railway intermediate station,the paper suggests a research scheme of operation and maintenance management system of railway communication room based on BIM technology for the reform process of railway communication maintenance system after the traditional operation and maintenance management mode began to lag behind.The paper has an explorative analysis on the management features and the problems for the operation and management of railway communication room in the current period through the cognition of practical work and literature research.The application software based on Windows system is developed with relevant technologies of computer.With the advantage of BIM in information and coordination in the whole life cycle of buildings,equipment and facilities,it designs and achieves the specific function models of operation and management system of railway communication room based on BIM.Besides,there is verification and problem analysis in the specific cases.The main design research of the paper includes:(1)The research analyzes the problems during the operation and management of railway communication room in the current period,including low level of visual equipment maintenance,low degree of integration of operation and maintenance information,backward data analysis and quality improvement means,poor coordination among departments in stations and depots,lack of professional management personnel and lack of initiative of managers.For these problems,it is proved and analyzed the feasibility and necessity of application of BIM technology on the operation and maintenance in railway communication room.(2)Develop the model application software based on Windows system with Visual Studio 2010 programming software and C# language development.There is main design to achieve the facility model management and operation and maintenance information management these two models.In addition,according to the railway role oriented organizational structure and management level,the work platform and working surface are determined to fix the problems related to equipment model,technical data and maintenance data to ensure the current feedback of information.Meanwhile,it improves the network management function of each function module to reach the sharing of data information of multiple aspects and the statistical analysis.(3)Wire frame model of cabinet,equipment,equipment port and firefighting equipment in railway station and communication room are built with series of software of Revit.The design data built by the series software of Revit is combined with the geometry and information built up by 3DS MAX tools to form a completed 3D project,so as to achieve model rendering,roaming browsing and other functions.The design and operation and management data are integrated into a single integrated project model with Autodesk Navisworks manage model file and data integration capabilities.Hence,the BIM model assembly,integration and collision are completed to achieve the human-computer interaction,animation simulation,etc.(4)Framework model and surface model are built with series software of Revit.The data structure with the standard of IFC is reflected to BIM model to achieve the saving and extraction of BIM operation and maintenance database;and it could timely update the physical properties,status and maintenance progress of equipment in the database to ensure the correctness and real-time of data,which would solve the reading and information exchange of related operation and maintenance data in the operation and maintenance system based on BIM operation and maintenance model.Finally,it is formed with a completed database during the operation and maintenance period to build up a stable application model.The paper has a study on the methods of all kinds of functional models needed in the operation and maintenance of railway intermediate station based on BIM technology,and it provides solution schemes to achieve a high-quality,safe and economic operation and management mode of railway communication.It could be found from the study that the introduction of BIM technology in the operation and management of railway intermediate station would not only meet all functions needed by management and maintenance to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of railway communication department but also achieves the visual and interactive sharing of operation and maintenance information.It improves the accuracy and timeliness of information to provide a synchronous and fast information exchange management platform for railway communication section,workshop and crew,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the operation and maintenance management of railway intermediate station.
