With the continuous improvement of the relevant planning and policies for the utilization of waste heat resources in China,the utilization of low-temperature waste heat is the key mining field of "Thirteen-Five",and the utilization of industrial waste heat promotes energy saving and emission reduction in China,and the utilization of low-temperature waste heat has great potential in energy system reform.At present,the equipment of waste heat utilization system is limited by external space and internal thermal efficiency,there are some problems,such as low utilization of waste heat,imperfect equipment and system,etc.,which have the characteristics of less energy consumption,higher waste heat efficiency,no pollution and good environmental benefits,and are the waste heat utilization equipment,which is widely used in distributed energy production enterprises.This article is based on Baogang Seamless factory ? 159 The research object of the waste heat utilization project of seamless hot-rolling pipe project is presented in this paper,and the background and development status of this subject are expounded first.The working principle and performance parameters of the two-effect lithium bromide absorption chiller with flue gas are described.in order to meet the demand of air conditioning and refrigeration heating in the summer and winter,the heat supply parameters of the annular heating furnace in the actual factory area are analyzed for the heat utilization of the hot-rolled seamless annular heating furnace of Baogang ? 159.The matching scheme and heat exchange method of annular heating furnace and flue gas waste heat utilization system were completed.According to the requirement analysis of seamless steel tube production at Baotou Steel,the waste heat reuse system of the annular heating furnace with flue gas is designed,which includes the control mode,automatic control system and external structure design of the energy saving management system.The economic benefits of the system are determined through the operation of the whole year as a cycle.It can be applied to the flue gas waste heat utilization project of similar annular heating furnace,which has certain universality and practicability.
