This paper summarizes the theory of the interaction between urban rail transit and space structure.Through the comparison of the development of rail transit network and spatial structure in each stage of Seoul metropolitan area,this paper discusses the interaction mechanism between the two metropolitan areas The development of rail transit to guide the development of spatial structure of the main models,and proposed to our city to the metropolitan area of the development of rail transit construction of rail transit construction optimization measures.According to this idea,the study focuses on the following three main points:First of all,this paper summarizes the characteristics and needs of each stage of development from the theoretical research of urban rail transit construction and spatial structure development,and determines the development pattern of metropolitan circle structure.The development stage is divided into: single core aggregation stage,single core Sub-center convergence stage and multi-center circle stratification stage.Based on the construction opportunity and growth mode of rail transit,it is concluded that the interaction between urban rail transit and spatial structure development is: spatial development demand leads to the growth of rail transit,To guide the optimization of spatial structure,to provide theoretical basis for empirical research in this paper,but also to propose new research basis for other related research.In this paper,the development process of Seoul metropolitan area is divided into five stages,and the spatial structure stage is summarized as follows: single core aggregation stage,axial distribution stage,multi-center circle stage;This paper summarizes the rail transit system and its growth course of Seoul metropolitan area from different scales and levels,and combines the development of spatial structure with the growth course of rail transit to analyze the characteristics of the stage,so as to draw the guidance space of Seoul metropolitan area The model of structural development is: the corridor corridor promotes the urban development mode and the new route to guide the urban central system development mode,and the experience is summarized.The study enriches the empirical research on the growth of urban rail transit and the development of spatial structure,and provides first-hand data accumulation and quantitative research for metropolitan development,which fills the gap of Seoul metropolitan area to a certain extent.Finally,based on the empirical study of Seoul metropolitan area,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of Tianjin rail transit construction in order to expand the track growth mode and strengthen Tianjin in order to improve the matching degree and optimization demand of Tianjin rail transit and spatial structure.And the coastal rail corridor effect,the construction of rail transfer special access system,highlight the status of rail trajectory,to build a flexible and rich rail mode of operation,not only for Tianjin itself,but also in the embryonic stage of the metropolitan area has important significance.
