| With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the metropolitan area has developed well.The skeleton of urban transit system has been established in order to serve traffic problems,but there are some problems about the rail transit system.Firstly,the strategic planning of rail transit system in metropolitan area is unclear and the division of volume is not clear.Secondly,the theory and method about passenger flow forecast is not suitable for multilevel urban transit system.The division mode of means of transportation which adapt to multilevel urban transit system is absent.Thirdly,the population,land use types and traffic composition of circles is different,but the single pattern of system can’t meet the requirements.The Planning of vehicle basements is independent,which cause wasting of resources.So a new planning method which refrains from wasting is necessary.The paper proposes a research framework of multilevel urban transit system,in which strategic planning,passenger flow forecasting and network planning are weak links.Strategic planning lay the foundation for system planning,and passenger flow forecasting is a important premise.As for network planning,system choice and planning of vehicle basements is the key problems to be solved.The main content of paper includes:(1)The study of strategic planning of multilevel urban transit system in metropolitan area.In this paper,we study the characteristics of various foreign urban transit system,and the paper also shows the experience of urban transit system which we can study.Moreover,the paper propose the planning concept of multilevel urban transit system in China—hierarchically and line network united planning.The framework of multilevel urban transit system in metropolitan area is proposed;the paper studys the relationship and orientation of multilevel urban transit system.And the paper shows a typical example about Beijing metropolitan area.(2)The passenger flow division of multilevel urban transit system in metropolitan area.Given the diversification of travel demand,the paper analyzs the boundedness of present method for passenger flow forecasting,revealing the oneside-ness and inelasticity of routine planning model.And the paper studys the solution algorithm,and verified the method by Bijing metropolitan area.(3)The system choice of multilevel urban transit system in metropolitan area based entropy and set pair analysis.The section solves the inelasticity of absolute evaluation method.In the paper,the author purposes the technical features and suitable conditions of metropolitan rail transit,and proposes the main element of solution selection.The paper studys the quantification processing of index and confirm the weight coefficient,and gives a example of Guangzhou.(4)The planning method of vehicle basements of multilevel urban transit system in metropolitan area based resource sharing.When select the location of vehicle basements,we should consider resource sharing.The paper proposes the planning goal,and analyzes the elements of location decision,raising a bi-level programming mode and solving method—GA.A example of Lanzhou is given finally. |
