On-line Counting And Vibration Research Of Variable Curvature Groove Ball Circulation Processing

Mechanical equipment are needed in high-end mechanical equipment precise parts,of which precise ball is one of the important basic precise components.Among the processing apparatus of precise ball,the craftsmanship of efficient-processing equipment,the ball crusher of variable curvature sphere.is growing more and more mature.To ensure the high precision of the ball,the task designs a kind of online testing system.By combining the testing apparatus of vibration with the testing apparatus of grinding length,the course succeeded in studying on online testing of the ball crusher.According to the demands of the testing system,it established an overall framework of online testing system of the ball crusher.Furthermore,it accomplished the problems needed to be solved in the system.This thesis studies on the analytic methods of EMD vibration and raises the major analytic methods of the grinding length and the grinding vibration.The system has the present signal of vibration collected,amplified,filtered by acceleration transducer,signal amplifier,data collection card.Then,it posts them to personal computers with upper-computer software.Finally,the signal shows on the screen after the analysis of EMD vibration.This task designs the testing approach of grinding length of marked balls to get the grinding length of the ball which cycles in the grinding disc.Besides,according to the grinding length,this task designs marginal spectrum of the vibration signal in several experimental situations by applying to the ball crusher of variable curvature.The result of this experiment shows:the relevance among the grinding vibration of the ball crusher in different situations,grinding length and sphericity by testing the grinding vibration of the ball and the grinding length online.
