As an important part of screening and crushing system,coal crushing system plays an important role in central heating.In order to meet the requirements of production process,coal crusher and other vibration equipment are usually arranged on the floor.When the coal crusher is started up,it vibrates a lot.If it is not designed properly,under the action of dynamic load,the structural components will generate dynamic stress,which will lead to structural damage and even endanger the safety of surrounding buildings.The destruction of the coal crusher house will affect the normal heating and cause huge economic losses.At present,the research on the vibration of industrial workshop is usually aimed at the reinforcement problem after the damage of workshop structure with excessive vibration.However,the selection of the load of the coal crusher house in the design process and the factors that affect the dynamic response of the coal crusher house are rather lacking.Therefore,this paper uses the method of finite element analysis to study the load selection of the coal crusher house in the design process,and the influencing factors of the dynamic response of the coal crusher house,and the vibration reduction design of the coal crusher house.In this paper,the evaluation method of coal crusher house is proposed by studying the vibration evaluation index of Japanese Hamanaka,combined with the relevant national standards.Due to the process requirements,holes need to be reserved under the coal crusher.The coal crusher is fixed on the floor through the connection with the bolts on the secondary beam arranged around the holes.Therefore,in the finite element simulation,the coal crusher load can be simplified as the node dynamic load acting on the secondary beam under the coal crusher.Through the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the coal crusher house,it can be concluded that the level of beam and slab concrete can improve the natural frequency of the slab of coal crusher floor,but the effect is very small.The dynamic response of local coal crusher floor exceeds the specified range when the vibration of the coal crusher is large.The part of the floor under large vibration is always found near the coal crusher or at the holes.The holes have little effect on the natural frequency of the coal crusher floor,but have more effect on the dynamic response of the floor nearby.In general,we should improve the rigidity of the coal floor and take vibration isolation measures to reduce the vibration of the coal crusher floor.The research results of different slab thickness,beam section of the coal crusher floor vibration characteristics show that: the change of beam section has greater influence on the first modal natural frequency than the change of slab thickness.At the same time,increasing the beam section is better in reducing the dynamic response of the floor.Therefore,in the design process,the dynamic response of the coal crusher house can be controlled by increasing the beam section.The problem of excessive vibration in the use of the coal crusher house can be solved by sticking steel plate under the beam and adding profile steel to increase the height of the beam.Vibration isolation can reduce the vibration-isolation efficiency,which is a common way of structural vibration reduction in industrial plants.Through the analysis of the relationship between the frequency ratio and the damping ratio and the vibration reduction rate of the vibration isolator,it is concluded that when the frequency ratio ? is greater than (?),the vibration isolation system starts to work.The method of increasing the excitation frequency and reducing the isolation coefficient can be used to improve the vibration isolation rate of the system.The rubber vibration isolator commonly used in coal crusher room is selected to calculate the case in this paper,vibration isolator can effectively reduce the vibration of coal crusher room,so it can be widely used in project.
