Research On An Intelligent Control System For Elevator Car Based On Wireless Communication And Operation

At present,the communication between the control system for elevator and the control system for elevator car is wired communication with cable.With the rise of floor height,the problem caused by the cable will affect the elevator,such as invisible broken cables and overweight of cables.Moreover,the existing elevator cable adjustment system has a long adjustment cycle on the adjustment of running parameters of elevator car,such as the distance of flat floor,and running curves.In order to optimize the control system for elevator car,an intelligent control system for elevator car based on wireless communication and operation has been presented.This system communicates with the control system for elevator using wireless communication by involving ZigBee technology.On the other hand,this system introduces Android technology and Bluetooth technology to realize the function of operating the elevator with wireless communication,which makes it convenient for the adjustor to adjust the elevator.The main contents of the research in this paper are as follows:(1)By analysing the current development and existing problems of control system for elevator car,and combing with wireless communication technology and Android technology,an intelligent control system for elevator car based on wireless communication and operation has been presented,which makes it convenient to the installation and debugging of the elevator.(2)By analysing the design scheme of the elevator safety loop in the BP304 control system,a scheme of elevator safety loop for wireless communications has been presented,which lays the theoretical basis for the application of wireless technology in the elevator;Besides a serial communication about non-deterministic timing multi-device with different baud rates has been presented,which has solved the communication among the elevator car serial plate?fingerprint module and intelligent control system for elevator car.(3)The hardware and software of intelligent control system for elevator car has been completed,and the elevator wireless client application on the Android mobile phone also has been completed,which realizes wireless communication between mobile phone and intelligent control system for elevator car.(4)The test platform of intelligent control system for elevator car based on wireless communication and operation has been built.The problem met in the test has been analyzed and solved.The results show that the system achieves the expected functions,and it is feasible.
