With the rise of the concept of smart cities and the intelligent communities,the access control system is rapidly developing in the direction of intelligence,information,and convenience through information and communication technologies.The use of mobile intelligent terminal equipment,identity authentication technology combined with wireless communication technology to achieve a new parking access control system that is convenient for access to parking lots has become a hotspot for researchers at home and abroad.The new parking access control system uses mobile intelligent terminal equipment instead of the traditional swiping access card as a "smart key",omitting the cumbersome process of parking,opening windows,swiping cards,and opening the door.It is easy to operate,save time,and is extremely convenient for car owners to enter and leave parking lots.Therefore,the system will lead the parking facilities to the direction of technology and intelligence.It will be of great significance to the development process of smart cities and the intelligent communities.This paper proposes and develops a intelligent parking access control system based on Android mobile phone with Bluetooth technology that supports short-range wireless communication and AES encryption technology.Its main function is to realize wireless response and identification of intelligent access control systems through mobile phone's Bluetooth.The system consists of three parts: access control system,information security system and client management system.Among them: the access control system is based on TI's MSP430F5529 controller as the core,through the Bluetooth serial communication to achieve data transmission.The information security system designed the access control communication authentication protocol through the improved AES algorithm and the Bluetooth security mechanism to form a double-layer insurance mechanism to effectively ensure the security of the intelligent parking access control system.The client management system is composed of the mobile client and the management server.The mobile client is an application that directly interacts with the user based on the Android system.It's uses gesture sensing technology to enable authorized users to perform identity authentication and access control opening by performing specific gesture actions;The management server is a user management system developed for managements.Through the management server,functions such as setting the access control password and access rights management for parking lot users are realized.Finally,through the performance test of the system,the results show that the operating efficiency of the improved AES algorithm is relatively increased,and it has higher security based on the implementation of the random key mechanism.The overall function of the system is basically realized,and the mobile client can successfully realize the function of opening the door of the intelligent access control system by shaking the mobile phone;The management server can successfully set related functions such as setting the access control password,authorizing users,and canceling authorizations.The system communicates normally and provides timely feedback.All aspects can meet basic requirements.
