Pulse diagnosis is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine because the body pulse signal contains a wealth of physiological information.Traditional Chinese medicine diagnose diseases from extracted information which reflects the physiological condition. With the development of modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine should change its experience-based method. The process of traditional Chinese medicine objectivity brings objective, standardized and unified evaluation criteria.According to the traditional method of pulse diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine theory we developed three-channel pulse acquisition system. The acquisition system used piezoresistive sensors, designed pressurized modules, sensors position adjusting mechanism and portable suitcase. The system uses STM32F107VCT6 microcontroller as the controller and ultimately get the three-channel pressure signal,three-channel pulse waveform signal. The system combines both hands acquisition. It displays pulse waveform in C#upper platform in real-time.The data storage, medical information management, pulse pressure control are also integrated in the acquisition system. The time domain, frequency domain,time-frequency domain characteristics was extracted in the pulse processing. The robustness of feature extraction in the time domain was improved, and verified in four kinds of sample pulses. The LMD method was used in time-frequency domain characteristics.Pretreatment methods was improved for LMD process.Meanwhile,The LMD method and EMD method were compared in the article.LIBSVM was used in classification,The final average accuracy rate was 93.75%.
