Traditional Chinese Medicine Pulse Diagnosis(TCMPD)is a noninvasive,efficient and cost-effective diagnostic mode,which is able to diagnose a variety of diseases.However,there are two problems that have to be settled urgently for TCMPD.Firstly,TCMPD relies on subjective sensation too heavily,and the result of diagnosis is influenced by personal experience greatly.Secondly,the lack of scientific method for reappearing the process of TCMPD,as a result,the phenomenon that knowing pulse signals more than doctors can say hinders inheritance and continuity of TCMPD.Focusing on problems above,objectifying for TCMPD is set as principal line,intelligentized multiprobe pulse diagnosis instruments are designed and key technology are solved to meet actual requirements of clinical research and clinical application for TCMPD.Firstly,based on objectifying analysis for pulse searching process and pulse taking process,cun,guan,chi and other searching scope of pulse searching process is transformed into size range of sensing area,fu,zhong,chen and other pulse taking depth of pulse taking process is transformed into pressure range.According to physiological structure of finger,finite element model of finger for TCMPD is built.Doctors' tactile sense is transformed into the skin tissue strain that recepors are bale to sense in fingertip by simulation of tactile mechanism for TCMPD,which achieves that experience of doctors is transformed into objective data for the process of TCMPD.Besides,it offers support of modal and data for design of intelligentized multiprobe pulse diagnosis instruments.Then,around clinical research for TCMPD needs,3-probe pulse diagnosis instrument with high precision is designed.It includes that 3-DOF(degree of freedom)gantry-type sliding module is applied to design intelligent pulse searching mechanism,which achieves high-precision reappearance for pulse searching process.24-unit array-type pulse sensor and miniature screw-motor module are applied to design intelligent pulse taking mechanism,which achieves repeatable taking of pulse signals.Besides,around clinical application for TCMPD needs,4-probe portable pulse diagnosis instrument are designed.It includes that spatial linkage mechanism which is made up of 2-DOF 5R(rotation)parallel mechanism and 1-DOF serial mechanism is applied to design intelligent pulse searching mechanism.What's more,manual mode is added on the basis of automatic mode for pulse searching.Operation is simplified,and machine weight is reduced at the same time.81-unit array-type pulse sensor covered on curved surface of probe and integral miniature screw-motor are applied to design intelligent pulse taking mechanicsm,which meets comfort demand and achieves reappearance for pulse taking process simultaneously.At last,prototype of 3-probe pulse diagnosis instrument with high precision is applied to reappear pulse signals of healthy adult and patient by experiment.Besides,contouring method,slope method and radius of curvature method are applied to compare and analyze 3D pulse signals taken from healthy adult and patient,which offers new method for objective relationship analysis of pulse signals and diseases.
