As the customer's needs and orders change much,enterprises need more reasonable workshop layout to make the production has higher flexibility and lower entropy and avoid the low utilization of workshop and high WIP being processed.The low-entropy of workshop is to make the workshop layout with character of low carbon and high flexibility,which can make enterprise could respond to customers' variety needs without increase costs or add the acreage of workshop.Therefore,research on low entropy of workshop layout has significant sense in both theory and reality.The paper submitted the polymorphism workshop layout modelling based on low-entropy multiple objective functions and used the genetic cellular automata algorithm to solve.The feasibility and validity of this method finally will be tested by used in a practical layout case.The main research and results are summarized in five points:1.The paper carried out the mechanism and solutions of low-entropy application based on the theory of physics-entropy and low-entropy.2.The layout of modeling is divided into two parts,includes the part of modeling a model between cells and in cells.The paper design the low-entropy multiple objective functions which includes minimizing the materials handling costs,maximizing the occupied area utilization rate and so on.And the paper propose workshop layout constraints includes boundary constraint,distance constraint,position constraint and so on.3.The genetic cellular automata algorithm is proposed according to the characters of multi constraint,multi variable and nonlinear of layout models.The key technologies of genetic cellular automata algorithm mare discussed in detail and the algorithm is tested by calculating a practical layout case.4.Established the simulation frame and designed the simulation interface and procedure.5.Though research of FJ's workshop,this paper established the layout of optimize scheme,and compared it with SLP scheme,verified the feasibility and validity of modeling and algorithm.In this dissertation,we present the mathematical models and corresponding solving algorithm for polymorphism workshop layout problems.The modeling and algorithm were illustrated effective,which also has the guidance for manufacturing enterprise.
