The "Made in China 2025" grand manufacturing blueprint was first outlined by Premier Li Keqiang in the Government Work Report at the National Conference in March 2015.After that,China's manufacturing industry to accelerate the pace of "Made in China 2025" strategy to achieve.Under the background of this grand blueprint,the economy is developing rapidly and competition in the manufacturing sector is increasing.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.In the face of economic pressure,manufacturers are also trying various ways to solve an important question:how to ensure product quality while reducing production costs?Some small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the production workshop there is an unreasonable layout of facilities,easy to cause shop logistics confusion and repeated handling and unloading process.Therefore,by improving the layout of workshop facilities,to reduce the cost of material handling,improve the production efficiency of the workshop,can be very good to reduce the production costs of enterprises,increase the profit of products.This paper takes Zhongshan BS Company No.2 kitchen equipment production workshop as the research object,in order to reduce the total cost of material handling in the workshop as the main goal,through the production practice to obtain the relevant workshop data,and from the actual situation,the workshop facilities layout optimization research.The main research work in this paper is described below.First lying the background,purpose and significance of the thesis research,summarize the literature and workshop facility layout related theory and optimization tools in the field of workshop layout research at home and abroad.Then,the BS company No.2 kitchen equipment production workshop product types,output,production process,component composition analysis to obtain the relevant data,according to the data analysis of regional Ized F-D diagram,and combined with the actual situation of the workshop to find out the shortcomings of the workshop facilities layout.In the optimization improvement,an optimization scheme is obtained by using the system layout design(SLP)and combined with the quantitative distance accumulation method,and then the workshop facility layout optimization is used by intelligent algorithm(particle group algorithm,genetic algorithm)and another optimization scheme is obtained.Among them,in the MATLAB R2019a environment,a workshop facility layout optimization system based on particle group algorithm and genetic algorithm is set up,which not only reduces the difficulty of the facility planners to solve the problem of facility layout by applying intelligent algorithms,but also provides a reference tool for the optimization of the layout of facilities in other kitchen equipment production workshops of BS company.Finally,the CAD drawings of the two optimization schemes are imported into the FLEXSIM 2019 simulation software,and the solids are added to build the simulation model.According to the basic data of kitchen workshop production parameter setting and debugging operation,through the results of the operation to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,to BS company design department to provide workshop facilities layout optimization proposals.The conclusion of this paper is to provide BS company with an effective workshop facility layout plan to achieve the goal of reducing material handling costs.This research conclusion can provide reference basis for workshop facility layout planners of BS Company,which has certain practical value.In addition,the establishment of "M-W type workshop facility layout optimization system" enables the algorithm to solve workshop facility layout problem from the theoretical research of colleges and universities to the practical application of manufacturing enterprises,which really improves the operation efficiency of workshop facility layout optimization personnel.
