In order to adapt the building energy-saving and wall material materials innovation in our country,we brought up a new type of load-bearing wall with thermal insulation-Thermal Insulation Glazed Hollow Bead Concrete Shear Wall.Because of its unique design have obvious advantages in structure seismic,economic indexs and social benifits,this new type of wall has won a good praise of industry experts.This paper determine the formula of the bearing capacity and put forward the rational design of the new type of wall through experimental research,simulation analysis and theoretical calculation.Mainly complete the following work:1.Through the different shear span ratio,axial compression ratio,different reinforcement ratio of shear wall low cycle loading tests are carried out,and examines the different parameters of the shear wall specimen failure process,failure pattern,bearing capacity,displacement and hysteretic energy dissipation characteristics,analyzed the failure mechanism and energy dissipation mechanism of the thermal insulation of concrete shear wall.The results show:1)Shear span ratio 1.3 of the shear walls,shear damage tends to happen,cut the comparison of the shear wall 1.6 between shear failure component decreases,tend to ductile bending failure.Vitrified beads insulation concrete shear wall crack spread out,almost across the wall,the wall of its material itself to give full play to the ability of energy dissipation.2)Vitrified beads insulation concrete shear wall bearing capacity were studied.Specimen cracking load,increase the axial compression ratio of shear wall,reinforcement ratio,the influence on the cracking load is not big,but the yield load and ultimate load is improved obviously;The shear span ratio,the greater the other parameters at the same time,the greater the yield load of the specimens,the smaller the ultimate bearing capacity.The experimental result shows that increasing the shear span ratio,showed increased,the process of wall from yield to failure is slow;Increasing of reinforcement ratio,showed decreased slightly.2.The finite element software is adopted to test the wall,the shear wall failure process,failure pattern wall is consistent with the test process,results are basically consistent with the experimental data.Using the current formula in specification for vitrified beads insulation concrete shear wall bearing capacity calculation,the calculated values and measured values and the comparative analysis of the simulation values suggested considering bearing capacity coefficient of correction formula in the specification for the new structure of the calculation of ultimate bearing capacity of wall.At the same time,the paper put forward rational design suggestions based on the experimental study and simulation analysis.
