The masonry structure is the most widely used structural system in our country. With the growing proportion of building energy efficiency in the energy saving,therefore we need develop lightweight, economic,energy-saving thermal insulation glazed hollow bead and load bearing concrete hollow block.Based on previous research results, the main research and relevant conclusion of this paper are as follows:1. Conducting theoretical analysis and experiment of production development and modification of glazed hollow bead laid the foundation for the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead and concrete.2. Using orthogonal test method made the determination of the compressive strength and thermal conductivity for the nine kinds of the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead and concrete of different mix ratio and orthogonal experimental data were analyzed. The paper obtained the relationship between the content,changes of the various factors in the glazed hollow bead concrete and the compressive strength, thermal conductivity and identified primary and secondary factors, laid the foundation for the subsequent experimental work.3. Theoretical analysis and experiments prove that thermal insulation glazed hollow bead and load bearing concrete hollow block has physical and mechanical properties of ordinary concrete hollow block, but also has insulation, lightweight, energy-saving nature. Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead and load bearing concrete hollow block is a hollow block which meets engineering structures by the force and the requirements of the new energy-saving insulation.4. According to the limit of the thermal performance of building envelopes under the65%energy saving standards, build model by using of residential energy consumption simulation software DeST-h, analysis the energy consumption status of glazed hollow bead insulation load-bearing hollow block, obtained the number of hours of the natural room temperature of each room and heating season and air conditioning energy consumption status of the model, as well as the whole heating season. air conditioning season and annual energy consumption status of various systems and model building, in which, whether it is a single room, a single system or the whole building, all of the average energy consumption in heating season are less than65%energy-saving standards for buildings in Taiyuan City,15.4W/m2of heat consumption index.After the experimental research and analysis of the paper, the compressive and thermal insulation performance of glazed hollow bead insulation load-bearing hollow block, and the simulation calculation of the masonry structure energy saving situation of glazed hollow bead insulation load-bearing block have good results,it provides the basis for the future research、optimization and the application of the block in the actual engineering.
