This thesis is based on intelligent manufacturing project of a company.The conveying and sorting equipment is set as research object,rapid design and quotation system as research content.Through the research of modular design,product model family,GBOM model,quotation model,the paper establish the rapid design and quotation system.The main research contents are as follows.1.Introducing the rapid changes in conveying and sorting equipment industry,summarizing the industrial feature and progress,then come up with the value of the system.After that,the thesis summarizes the research status and development trend of modular design technology,product family modeling technology,rapid quotation technology and put forward the main research contents.2.Briefly introduce conveying and sorting equipment,summarize the difference between the normal equipment and conveyor.Then the thesis studies the modular design technology,set the main index and modular principle.Then extend the multi-view model of product family,come up with multi-view matrix product family model,then through the analysis of realistic products,the thesis set up the family model.3.Summarizing the quotation feature,process and existing problems,then analyze the current quotation implementation principle in manufacturing industry.Based on the result of analysis,set the rapid quotation principle of conveying and sorting equipment.Then establishing the GBOM model,cost quotation model.Then the thesis use the recursive method,product model and product select tree to actualize the quick quotation4.Describing the business situation of XY company,then come up with the demand in the area of function,performance and resource.Then thesis designs the running progress,technology structure and function structure of the system.And conducting the detailed design of each module.5.The thesis introduces the development and runtime environment of rapid design and quotation system and describes the interface of prototype system in the area of establishment new project,new designed drawing and maintenance of new equipment.
