Safe and reliable high-speed catenary system is vital to the operation of high-speed railway.Due to the high-speed railway catenary operating environment and maintenance staff lack of maintain experience,operators and maintenance personnel to still use the regular fault or maintenance after maintenance,poor economic effect and maintenance personnel working intensity and pressure is relatively large.Along with the progress of the high-speed railway catenary detection technology and the 6C technical specification of the traction power supply system,it is more convenient and accurate to detect the technical parameters of high-speed railway catenary,which provides the technical support for the operational state evaluation of high-speed catenary.The operational status of high-speed railway catenary can be evaluated to ensure the smooth implementation of the state maintenance of the access network,and improve the automation management level of the railway power supply department.It is uncertainty that during the operational state of high-speed catenary.The operational state of high-speed catenary is affected by the random error of the data,the natural environment and people's cognition,so it is uncertainty,and the evaluation process and results should fully reflect the uncertainty of its operational state.In this paper,the theory of normal cloud model is used to analyze and deal with the evaluation index of the operational state of high-speed catenary.The transformation model between quantitative data of each evaluation index of high-speed catenary to the qualitative state was constructed,and the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation index state are considered.There is a balance between the multiple evaluation indexes of the operational state of high-speed catenary.In this paper,the improved variable weight method is used to solve the problem balance between the multiple evaluation indexes,which is combined with the actual situation of high-speed catenary operation.Also the game aggregation model to determine the initial weight,which reflects the consistency between the subjective weight and the objective weight and respects the experience of experts at the same time taking into account the important degree of gradual change of the high-speed catenary evaluation indexes.The result and process of the determination of weight improve the accuracy and the scientific nature of the evaluation of the operational state of high-speed catenary.The principle of the maximum membership degree can be invalid and the operational state of high-speed catenary can't be get.In this paper,Fuzzy recognizable model is used to process the state value and weight of evaluation index of the operational state of high-speed catenary,and then get the assessment result.Also,a maintenance strategy is proposed,which is based on the degree of deterioration and the weight of the high-speed catenary evaluation indexes,and improving the state maintenance process.The feasibility of the method is verified by an example.
