With the rapid development of high speed railway,the requirement of traction power supply system is greatly increased.As the key link of transmitting electric energy directly to the train,the working condition of the catenary is directly related to the safety of the train.Therefore,the study on the reliability and health of the catenary is of great significance to the railway sector.In this paper,the structure of the catenary is first analyzed to find out the main fault components affecting its normal operation,and the GO diagram of the catenary system is established according to the GO method principle.On this basis,considering that many components often fail at the same time due to common reasons in the actual working process of the catenary,the fusion of common cause failure into the reliability analysis of the catenary is proposed to calculate the characteristic quantity.Based on the actual situation of the catenary in Jiangxi section of the Quzhou-Jiujiang railway,the reliability analysis is carried out to find out the common cause failure group,calculate the reliability characteristic quantity before and after the common cause failure,and draw the corresponding reliability change curve.Through the reliability analysis,the paper finds out the weak links in the long-term work of the catenary system and the specific situation of the reliability of its main components changing with time,and provides scientific suggestions for the railway department to determine the corresponding maintenance cycle and formulate the targeted maintenance plan.Secondly,in order to grasp the specific health status of the catenary through the daily monitoring data of the railway department,realize the early warning in advance when there is no obvious fault in the catenary,timely carry out targeted detection and maintenance,and ensure the safety of driving,this paper continues to study the health status of the catenary.By analyzing the detection items and index selection principles of the catenary,the evaluation index system of the catenary was established,and the health status evaluation model of the catenary was established by combining the variable weight theory and the improved matter-element extension model.Through the linear combination of entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process,the initial weights of subjective and objective are obtained,and then the variable weight theory is used to modify the weights,so that the weights reflect the active participation of evaluation objects in the process of comprehensive evaluation.Considering the deficiency of the maximum membership function,the closeness degree function is introduced to evaluate the health level of the catenary.Finally,through the analysis of the inspection data of a small section catenary in Jiangxi section of the Quzhou-Jiujiang railway,the scientificalness and practicability of the model for the health status assessment ofthe catenary are verified.Through sensitivity analysis,the specific catenary analysis is made,and some suggestions are put forward for the detection and maintenance of railway departments.
