This paper focuses on innovating,improving and optimizing the processing technology of package material,under these circumstances,though properties of packaging materials do not reduce,such as the physical and mechanical properties and barrier properties,it can achieve the reduction of composite packaging film and the amount of packaging materials per unit product.And then further reduce the total amount of packaging waste.In addition,through the application of new technologies and new materials to reduce the pollution to environment,which can be caused by packaging waste,and ultimately achieve the goal of environmental protection in sense of carbon output.And a series of properties of the films were tested,such as the tensile strength,elongation at break,impact strength,barrier property,shrinkage rate and heat sealing.Experimental results show that MOPP films of 19μm is the best film for printing.MOPP film has the characteristics of high strength,good mechanical properties,fine appearance,and the composite film has high utilization rate of two times recovery,low price and low purchasing cost.The formula of bimodal PE film was identified,the result being that the inner layer composed by Nucrel 3990 to Qatar 0274 in the ratio of 8:2,while the outer layer composed by Dow 5401G and Bo Pau FB2230 in the ratio of 7:3.Under current dosage the heat sealing strength of PE film is 32.7 MPa,tensile strength is35.3 MPa.And the thickness of the film can be reduced from the original 130μm to 90μm or 70μm,without compromising the performance.Using the NK water-based ink made in Shanghai to gravure printing,the hue,heat resistance(anti yellowing),suitability for processing of printing film are qualified,and its residual solvent is measured to be as low as 0.31 mg/m~2.The use of German-produced 7723 solvent free adhesives,adhesive dosage can be as low as 1.6 g/m~2.Using the German production of 7723 solvent free adhesive to solvent free composite,and its adhesive dosage is low at 1.6 m~2.At the same time,controlling the coating weight to 1.8 g/m~2,VOC zero release,and reduce the cost by30%.Comprehensive determination of the optimal composite packaging film structure is MOPP/PE,and its mechanical property,heat resistance,heat sealing performance and suitable processing condition are good,solvent remains and sealing temperature are low,heat sealing range is wide,and it also has nice automatic packing property.
