| The CAD/CAM system with the largest demand for the development of the market has a strong practical value,with the rapid development of information technology,the integration process of modern packaging design and manufacture has been rapidly promoted.This paper analyzes the current status of relevant research at home and abroad,and uses the method of theoretical research,software system development and experimental research to develop the CAD/CAM software system of non adhesive packaging carton is based on the project of digital packaging design and manufacturing system in Shanghai.In order to avoid the research of the rubber carton structure,the paper summarizes the development and application status of the non adhesive carton in the express transportation industry.In view of the lack of visualization and parameterization in the traditional packaging carton design process,the function modules such as box optimization,size specification matching and automatic NC code generation are designed and developed,and the package carton design and manufacturing integrated system platform development are realized.The main research contents and research results are as follows:(1)The design method of non adhesive carton structure and traditional packaging carton is combed,and the features of transportation carton are classified and redesigned,and the box part library and box type library are constructed.(2)With the goal of packaging carton design and manufacturing integration,Grasshopper and Visual Basic are developed as development language,Rhinoceros as model loading window,and Excel as the general framework of database to realize the development of CAD/CAM software system for non adhesive packaging carton.(3)Building a database by using Excel to store data information,and to carry out information transmission with the box part library and box type library.(4)The system perfected functions according to feedback information,coordinated the design and manufacturing connection in the process of software development.(5)A set of application software for CAD/CAM system of non adhesive packaging carton is developed.The experimental data and samples show that it is feasible to develop the CAD/CAM software system for the packaging free carton packaging. |
