In order to solve the global environmental pollution and energy shortage,the development of electric vehicles is the inevitable trend of development of the automotive field.The current electric vehicles generally use DC motor and fixed speed ratio of the transmission as a power drive system,easy to produce poor performance,slow speed,low climbing and other issues,and speed ratio of the transmission system can be low in the low output torque,easy to start,accelerate and climb,and high-end high-speed output in high-speed,easy to high-speed,suitable for electric vehicles in the power drive system.In addition,the switched reluctance motor has the advantages of high starting torque,high working efficiency,high reliability and low cost,and is suitable for the application of new energy electric vehicle.In this paper,the use of switched reluctance motor and two-speed automatic transmission as the electric vehicle power drive system components,a file for acceleration,climbing and other conditions,the second gear for electric vehicles in the high-speed travel.But the manual control of the two-speed automatic transmission,due to the driver's operation can not achieve the difference between the two gears between the best switch.This topic also proposed the use of electromagnetic actuator to complete the automatic shift work,both convenient and fast to meet the fuel economy and dynamic needs.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics,mathematical model and operating characteristics of the switched reluctance motor.The motor model is established in Simulink,and the difference of the control effect of the motor is analyzed by three different control strategies: PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control.Secondly,the working principle of the two-speed automatic transmission is analyzed,and the power transmission route of the transmission is studied.According to the force and stroke required for transmission shift,the electromagnetic actuator simulation model is established in the Workbench,and the actuator is designed according to the simulation model material and data.In order to ensure that the electric car driving,fast and accurate completion of the shift work,the design of electronic control device to accurately detect the gear position and control shift to achieve.Then,a switched reluctance motor control system was designed.Based on the digital signal processor TMS320F28335 <Digital Signal Processor.TMS320F28335,DSP28335> on the switching reluctance motor control hardware design,design power drive,current acquisition,capture speed and other circuits and PCB board,complete with DSP28335 functional pin docking.The software control system of integrated ADC,CAP,PWM,GPIO and interrupt modules is written.The hardware circuit and its software design are used to debug the operation of the motor.Finally,the driving system of the power drive system is designed to detect the running characteristics of the switched reluctance motor under no load and load conditions,measure the time of the automatic control of the electromagnetic actuator control,and finally measure the maximum speed and acceleration Time to verify the dynamics of the system.
