With the development of economy,the private enterprises in our country have sprung up like mushrooms.Because of their late start in China,there are many problems in their development,such as management system is not comprehensive,lack of personnel training,the assessment is not standardized and so on.As one of the most famous auto dealers in Qingdao region,Qingdao FR company repeatedly won the honorary title of outstanding private enterprises in shan'dong province.Qingdao FR company by providing customers with quality service,good cooperation relationship with manufacturer,to win in the Qingdao area automobile sales market.To get at the root of the honor,is the company "everything is given priority to with the customer,do the self,the ego,ecstasy" enterprise culture,and the development of special cascade system of talents cultivation.But as the height of the automobile sales market saturation,a growing number of car brand to the market,the auto 4s shops also increased year by year,car sales industry in China's external environment has changed dramatically.The auto 4s shops in order to survive,must face the fierce market competition.At the beginning of its establishment in1995,the company runs smoothly,the auto industry is belong to the good industry,the company has expanded gradually.Until 2011,under the impact of the market,the company sales falling,the huge loss of senior management,grass-roots staff changed frequently,make the enterprise have to close some 4s shops to maintain the overall operation.Qingdao FR company development so far,the company operating recovered except big market environment change.Qingdao FR company brain drain more reason is that within the enterprise performance evaluation and incentive mechanism is not standard,can meet the needs of the development of modern enterprise.In order to make the private enterprises more long-term development,entrepreneurs pay more and more attention to the performance evaluation and incentive to employees.They focus not only on the financial aspects of performance evaluation and incentives,but also pay more attention to the non-financial factors,such as the number of customers,learning ability,employee loyalty and so on.And balanced score card and key performance indicators can effectively combine the strategic development of enterprises,it is widely used in the world to evaluate the multi dimensions of the enterprise and can help the enterprise to make the key indicators of the assessment.This paper mainly in Qingdao FR Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and use analytical method of applying the theory to the practice of the case.First of all,we made a summary of the literature on the analysis of various countries.Secondly,combined with the status ofQingdao FR Co.Ltd.And made the main analysis of the company's performance evaluation and incentive content for employees.Finally,made the combination of BSC and KPI performance rating method,help the company to determine the weights of different dimensions and indexes of performance appraisal,and to assist the company to improve the incentive mechanism for employees,hoping to enable enterprises to obtain long-term development.
