| The middle manager is the backbone of the enterprise.It is not only responsible for the strategic intention of the top management of the enterprise,but also the responsibility of making and implementing the decision-making of the enterprise grass-roots management.It is the hub of communication between the enterprise and the lower level.Middle managers play an important role in the enterprise.It is very important to carry out scientific performance assessment.It is also the focus of academic and enterprise research.How to do the performance appraisal of the middle manager of the enterprise is related to the success or failure of the enterprise.However,the middle-level manager,due to its identity,is more complicated and more problems when performing the performance assessment.This paper takes the middle manager performance appraisal as the research object,and tries to find out the problems in the performance appraisal of the middle level manager and optimize it.This article is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction part,analysis of the research background and significance of middle level managers performance assessment,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and so on;the second part is the performance management related theory overview.The definition,purpose and method of performance appraisal are briefly introduced.The third part is the analysis of employee performance management and employee satisfaction survey.On the basis of on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey,we know the problems existing in the performance appraisal of middle level managers,and evaluate and analyze the performance appraisal of the middle managers in the company.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the staff performance management of Shen FA bearing company.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the middle managers of Shen FA bushing company,and the fifth part,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the performance management of the company.In view of the fourth chapter,put forward specific solutions and optimization plans to improve the performance management level of the company employees;the sixth part is the conclusion part,and briefly summarizes the research content and future research direction of this article. |
