In order to understand the differences of physicochemical properties and antibacterial effect between five bio-liquid and provide the theoretical basis for the application of bio-liquid in agricultural production. In this paper, rice hulls, rice straw, soybean straw, corncob and corn straw as material to prepare the bio-liquid and its physical-chemical properties, chemical composition and antibacterial effect were analyzed. The results showed that the soluble solids content of five bio-liquid were 6.73%-11.97%.The pH value was 2-3 and rice straw>corn cob>soybean straw>rice hulls>corn straw, the content of total acid was 6.97%-18.38%.The specific gravity was about 1.0 g/cm3.The tar content of rice straw bio-liquid was the highest about 17.00 μg/L,soybean was the lowest about 2.60 μg/L,the volatile phenol content was 0.157 mg/L-0.903 mg/L,there were significant differences among the five bio-liquid(P<0.05).64 kinds of compound were detected in the five bio-liquid,were acids, ketones, phenols and alcohols,14,29,14 and 7 kinds were detected respectively, the contents of organic acids content was the highest, then were ketones, phenols and alcohols(except the bio-liquid of rice straw),there were differences on the chemical composition and relative content among five bio-liquid.16 kinds of mineral elements were detected in bio-liquid.Ca of corncob and rice hulls bio-liquid was the highest while soybean was the least.Na and Zn in rice hulls bio-liquid were the highest, the rice straw and soybean straw were less, and the other plant growth required trace elements. Therefore, the physical and chemical properties of five bio-liquid have differences. The antibacterial effects of different bio-liquid on the three kinds of pathogens were different, and the five bio-liquid had the strongest inhibitory activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum rot and had good antibacterial activity against Colletotrichum capsici and Colletotrichum lagenarium. The MIC and MFC of five bio-liquid were different for the three kinds of bacteria. The MIC aginst Sclerotinia sclerotiorum rot were 110、80、95、150 and135 times,MFC were 95、70、90、140 and 130 times, the MIC aginst Colletotrichum capsici were 70、35、70、110 and 100 times,MFC were 60、30、60、100 and90 times, the MIC aginst Colletotrichum agenarium were 45、25、40、65 and 60 times,MFC were 40、20、35、60 and 50 times.Among them, the corn cob bio-liquid had the best antibacterial effect, and the rice straw bio-liquid had the worst antibacterial effect.Five bio-liquid can inhibit the growth of mycelium, destroy the structure and Change the permeability of the cell membrane,so that a large number of electrolyte leakage, resulting in the conductivity increases and tends to flatten gradually,But it has little effect on the proteins and nucleic acid substances. The metabolism of glucide and protein n the mycelium was inhibited by bio-liquid,thus inhibiting the mycelial growth. The activity of GUN,CHT and protease in mycelium was activated by bio-liquid,constantly degrading the components of the cell wall, accelerate the hydrolysis of proteins and functional proteins on the cell wall or cell membrane,so that the cell wall become dry and shrink, and the growth of the cells is inhibited. The bio-liquid had good protective effect on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum rot,but the treatment effect was general,so it is appropriate to spray the bio-liquid at the beginning or early onset of the disease. Therefore, the physical-chemical properties and the antibacterial effect of five bio-liquid are different. In summary, the differences of physicochemical properties of five different bio-liquid,resulting in different antibacterial effects of different bacteria, among them, the effect of corn cob bio-liquid is the best.
