Now reported in resistance calculation model is more,in the aspect of reliability research is relatively small,were mostly based on real bridge analysis and calculation,data acquisition,researchers pay close attention to this problem.As a result,here through to corroded RC rectangular section beam strengthened by steel plate and RC beam simply supported T beam reinforced self-compacting concrete is adopted to increase the cross-sectional area of two different reinforcement methods of research,Based on the beams bearing capacity test,gained considering resistance calculate material performance uncertainty and geometric parameters of the model uncertainty and calculating model of uncertainty,established corrosion resistance calculation model of beam before and after reinforcement.And the T beam using reinforced self-compacting concrete(SCC)resistance calculation model of enlarged cross-sectional area,beam is analyzed by using JC method,iterative calculation in reliability index changes before and after reinforcement value,provide reference for the study of the real bridge maintenance.In this paper,we study the specific include the following contents:(1)In this paper,relying on the corroded RC beam pasting steel plate reinforcement,experimental study on bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam before and after the change.Fitting out the expressions of the coefficient of steel plate and concrete work,summarized as related to compressive zone height,and gives its strengthening 3 mm,4 mm respectively,the calculating formula of 5 mm;(2)The corrosion was evaluated by JC method,the reliability index of the RC beam with or without the reinforcement,and comparative analysis of the reliability index changes with or without reinforcement.Through the parameter sensitivity analysis,found corroded RC beam protective layer thickness and the rebar corrosion rate has little effect on beam reliable indicator to improve,paste the steel plate thickness influence on structure reliability index.(3)Introduced a test of RC beams reinforced by self-compacting concrete enlarged cross-sectional area.Analysis the influences to bearing capacity and reliability index increasequantity of respectively considering thickness and different in load.And we found that different load did more influence to it but thickness didn't.(4)Compare the actual bending capacity with the theoretical,we found that ratio is large,reaching to 15% or even 20% no matter with or without reinforced.So we can judge bonding performance of self-compacting concrete and reinforcing steel is better than ordinary concrete.(5)According to the mean value of the beams after reinforcement,the bearing capacity of the beam become double,so the effect is very good.Mainly of the new steel was reinforced in the bottom as mean as self-compacting concrete.
