With the progress of society,people's living quality continues to improve,focus on the supply of domestic hot water building more and more.In this paper,energy saving design of the domestic hot water system and summer energy-saving methods are studied,and the cost and efficiency of each production link are calculated and analyzed.At the same time,the possibility of reducing the production cost by the auxiliary solar collector module and heat pump is studied.Hot water system operation mode and other means,thereby reducing the summer domestic hot water comprehensive cost.A set of reasonable and economical operation mode is summarized,and the operation mode of domestic hot water heating with comprehensive utilization of solar energy,heat pump and central heating is put forward.Explore domestic hot water system design and energy-saving summer energy saving in line with national energy-saving emission reduction policies,enhance corporate image and enhance overall efficiency.In this paper,the Beijing Municipal Network and regional boiler room network of two kinds of operation mode of the user as the research object to the Beijing Heat Group Co.,Ltd.under the jurisdiction of the thermal power station and boiler room for the case,select the four forms and Design and Research:(A)Beijing municipal network of central heating users:(1)heating a return water preheating domestic hot water return way(2)the application of building domestic hot water unit(B)the regional boiler room network run the user:In the summer,the domestic hot water supply is very small.In the summer,the domestic hot water supply is very hot.The whole network has great heat loss,so the following two operation modes can be used in summer:(1)the comprehensive utilization of solar energy(2)air source heat pump instead of heating pipe network to achieve the summer supply of hot waterIn this paper,the following methods are used to study:(1)Data collection.Collected the existing domestic hot water heaters and boiler room of the energy consumption,cost and other on-site measurement data.(2)Comparative study.Select the typical user to use outside analysis,the use of numerical analysis of the comparative calculation,the formation of the calculation report.(3)Simulation method.Simulation of the use of solar energy can help save energy,simulate the open-style hot water heating system operation,full cost calculation.(4)According to the case analysis,combined with solar energy,water mixing,heat pumps and other technologies put forward a reasonable transformation program.(5)Based on the simulation results,the design and development of the summer hot water running system,improve the domestic hot water system of solar-assisted design.(6)Finally,the author sums up the relevant conditions and standards of the energy-saving design of the domestic hot water system and the summer energy-saving mode.
