In the current power environment,there are many cases of electricity theft,and the trend of electricity theft is diversified.It leads to no comprehensive prevention and control.And a large number of abnormal information on power consumption in the Power User Electric Energy Data Acquire System deployed by State Grid Corporation of China has not been effectively exploited.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes the design of intelligent anti-electric-theft system.The scheme establishes a user based electricity stealing analysis model based on a variety of algorithms to screen suspected users of electric larceny and narrow the scope of investigation.Aiming at the high voltage special transformer users with large amount of stolen power and behavior concealment,a monitoring device for preventing theft of electricity on the high voltage side is developed and designed to lock suspected users and obtain evidence of stealing electricity.The intelligent anti-electric-theft system can detect the abnormal behavior of the users in time,guide the electric inspectors to carry out the investigation,deal with the possible problems of the potential electricity abnormity(electricity theft)in time,improve the efficiency of the electricity inspection and reduce the loss of electricity caused by the electricity theft.This article mainly includes the following:(1)The research on the technology of stealing electricity and the analysis of demand for electricity theft prevention technology.Starting from the investigation of many parties,the existing methods of stealing electricity are analyzed,and its principles and characteristics are summarized.Aiming at the above analysis,it proposes the ideas and methods to deal with.(2)Set up an analysis model of user's electricity stealing.This chapter begins with the analysis of the user load curve,then selects the FCM clustering algorithm to classify it,preliminarily judges the user's electricity exception,then uses the BP neural network algorithm and the support vector machine algorithm to further judge,and uses the GSP algorithm model to determine the possible location of the potential stealing electricity,directing the field investigation direction,finally,finally.Realize the screening of suspected electricity stealing users.(3)The design of intelligent anti-electric-theft system.The architecture of intelligent anti-theft system is put forward.Design system function and key technical index;put forward high voltage side data collector,data receiver software and hardware design scheme,device communication scheme design,system platform architecture and function module design.(4)The application of intelligent anti-electric-theft system.From the perspective of practical application,three typical application scenarios are selected to verify the scheme.The proposed solution will effectively discover a variety of new types of power theft and improve the data usage rate of the power user electric energy data acquire system.Improve China's anti-electricity and anti-piracy technology capabilities,make rational use of electrical energy,ensure the safety of electrical energy measurement,maintain the order of electricity use,reduce the cost of power supply management,control electricity theft,prevent the loss of state-owned assets,and create a harmonious electricity environment for the entire society.
