With the blueprint conception of China's high-speed railway network,high-speed railway has entered the rapid development stage.It has gradually become a key transportation mode in the travel of residents while promoting the flow of various elements between the regions.It also stimulates residents' travel and makes traditional travel activities break through the urban boundary.At the same time,the high-speed railway brings the "space-time compression" effect between cities,and also makes the residents more sensitive to the "extra time off the railway".As the basis of the study of traffic,the travel behavior of passenger flow has important meaning to traffic construction,policy making,planning and Implementation and so on.Therefore,based on the view of the high-speed rail trip chain,this paper,from the traditional study of the high-speed rail travel phase to the access-trip of high speed rail,explores the characteristics of the satisfaction of the different attribute passenger flow,the spatial distribution characteristics of the departure point in different cities and the spatial distribution of the satisfaction of the passenger travel phase.In addition,this paper tries to use the combination of big data and small data to explore the factors affecting the access-trip satisfaction of the passengers,in order to provide new ideas for the study of high-speed rail travel.Finally,from the planning and policy level,this article will provide reference and suggestions for the location,layout,development and construction of high-speed rail stations and urban traffic connection construction.This paper first defines the related concepts of high-speed rail travel chain,access-trip of high-speed rail and access-trip satisfaction.From the theoretical research and empirical research,this paper reviews and summarizes the literature of subjective well-being and life satisfaction,high-speed rail related research and residents' travel satisfaction.First,the research on subjective well-being and life satisfaction mainly focuses on theoretical development.research methods and influencing factors.Secondly,the research of high-speed rail has been studied from three aspects:the impact of high-speed rail on passenger travel behavior,the process of high-speed rail connection,the layout of the high-speed railway station and the relationship between the urban space.Finally,residents'travel satisfaction is explored from the domestic and foreign research factors affecting travel satisfaction.On the whole,the current research on high-speed rail is mainly based on the analysis of regional and urban scale,and the study of passenger flow behavior is less from the perspective of trip chain.In addition,the research on travel satisfaction is more concerned about the residents'travel in the city,and less attention is paid to the satisfaction of cross city passenger traffic,and the analysis of spatial characteristics and differences of passenger flow satisfaction is less from the regional scale.Therefore,the study on the travel behavior of high-speed rail passengers based on trip chain has important reference value and research significance in improving passenger life satisfaction,rationally carrying out the layout of high-speed railway stations and optimizing the traffic environment.In the empirical part,based on the survey of passengers' travel behavior of Shanghai Nanjing high speed rail,this paper takes thirteen high speed railway stations in six cities along the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail as the research object.Through the analysis of the satisfaction characteristics of the high speed rail passenger flow,it is found that the overall passenger satisfaction is general,and the perceived satisfaction is not good for the access-trip,and the difference of satisfaction is shown in the individual attributes,travel characteristics,different starting cities and starting sites.In the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the starting point of the high-speed rail passenger flow,the passenger starting point shows the characteristics of the single center or multi-center radiation in the space,and the densely distributed areas are mostly concentrated in the main city,and the passenger flow in the suburbs of the city is less.The analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of the satisfaction of the high-speed railway passenger flow shows that the high degree of satisfaction is concentrated in the high speed railway station,the main city and the scenic spot,and the spatial characteristics of the satisfaction of the six cities along the Shanghai Nanjing Road are different.Finally,in the analysis of the factors affecting passengers' satisfaction of access-trip,age,route familiarity,travel mode,travel time,POI density and POI entropy index within 1000 meters around the site,distance from city center distance,city area of high speed railway station,urban intelligent transportation index and city per city hourly traffic congestion has a significant impact on the satisfaction of passengers during the pre-travel phase.On the basis of previous studies,we propose planning and policy recommendations.First of all,we should make a scientific and reasonable plan for the high-speed rail.We should combine the characteristics of the city and the passenger flow,reasonably carry out the site selection and layout of the high-speed railway stations,and improve the surrounding facilities of the high-speed railway stations.Secondly,we should strengthen the construction of traffic connection of high-speed railway stations,and realize high-speed rail connection for passengers from three aspects:optimizing urban traffic,constructing the intelligent connection system of high-speed railway passenger flow,and building the high-speed railway station connection shortcut.In addition,passengers should combine their own characteristics to make reasonable travel planning for access-trip.The whole thesis contains about 42000 words,31 pictures and charts.
