With the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the scale of urban construction continues to expand.The window cleaning machine as a high-rise building facades cleaning,maintenance of the new type of special equipment,is being more and more widely used.Because this new equipment belongs to the high altitude manned machinery,so its safety can not be ignored,the major universities,scientific research institutes have begun to pay attention to its research.In this paper,the most widely used roof rail type window cleaning machine is the research object,and the mechanical structure of the whole structure is analyzed.On this basis,the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the static and dynamic analysis.According to the structure and load characteristics of the whole machine,the mechanical model of the whole structure is determined by using the theory of material mechanics and structural dynamics.In the finite element software ANSYS,the whole structure of the whole machine is simplified and divided into kinds of load cases,125%load cases,and three load cases.Secondly,on the whole machine modal analysis is carried out before the eighth order natural frequency and corresponding formation extraction,analysis the formation characteristics of the order,is given to avoid excitation mode is excited,again,of the machine were transient dynamics analysis to obtain the same from the rise time of the different conditions under of displacement,velocity and acceleration time history curve,through the formula to calculate lifting dynamic load coefficient,and gives the rated load lifting dynamic load coefficient and hoisting time relationship curve,gives the window wiping machine reasonable play dynamic coefficient of lifting and hoisting time.Finally,the time history analysis of the whole machine is carried out,and the time history displacement curves and seismic response coefficients are obtained.By comparing the parameters of the three different seismic waves,the minimum seismic load is determined,which provides a theoretical basis for the development and use of window cleaning products.In this thesis,the mechanical characteristics of the windows are analyzed by using the structure dynamics and finite element method,and the reasonable suggestions are given to provide some help for the development and design of similar products in the future.
