Research On Financing Service Of Small And Medium-sized Construction And Installation Enterprises In Bank Z Yunnan Sub-branch

The construction industry is an important pillar industry of our national economy,and the construction and installation industry is an important branch of the construction industry.In recent years,influenced by national macroeconomic policies,The development of the domestic construction and installation industry ushered in a rare opportunity,however,the financing services provided by the Bank Z Yunnan Sub-Branch for small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprises have been affected by various subjective and objective reasons.The business is not ideal.This paper focuses on Bank Z Yunnan Sub-Branch on the financing services of small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprises,based on the theories of service management,risk management,marketing management and customer relationship management.This paper analyzes the management problems existing in Bank Z Yunnan Sub-Branch in the fields of service management,risk management,marketing management and customer relationship management,and systematically analyzes the causes of the problems.At the same time,aiming at the related problems and the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the ability of service management,give play to the role of risk management,construct a scientific and reasonable marketing management system and carry out dynamic customer relationship management.In short,Bank Z Yunnan Sub-Branch provides financing services to small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprises,which is a process of constantly responding to market changes,constantly meeting the needs of customers,and constantly improving its management level.This paper is only based on the management situation and related problems faced by Bank Z Yunnan Sub-Branch in this area to try to analyze and put forward suggestions.It is hoped that more experts and scholars will pay more attention to the financing services of small and medium-sized construction and installation enterprises.
