Research On Financing Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Small And Medium-sized Construction Enterprises

In the process of national economic development,the construction industry has made an important contribution to China’s economic growth.With the rapid development of new technology and the gradual implementation of the policy of replacing business tax with value-added tax,small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China have obtained good development opportunities.However,with the continuous development of the industry and the continuous increase of economic scale,the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized construction enterprises are particularly prominent.Based on the analysis of the current financing situation and the factors affecting the financing ability of small and medium-sized construction enterprises,this paper selects DS company as the case enterprise for research.Through the analysis of the current financing situation,financing problems,and reasons of DS company,and then constructs an effective financing plan for DS company from 2 aspects of countermeasures and security measures,which will play a certain reference role for similar enterprises.Firstly,the paper combs the relevant foreign and domestic literature and elaborates the ways and theories of corporate financing.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current financing situation of the small and medium-sized construction industry,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the financing ability of the small and medium-sized construction enterprises through empirical research;Then through the analysis of the financing cases of DS company,it is found that DS company has the problems of narrow financing channels,difficult financing,insufficient scale,and high financing costs.Further analysis of the reasons is mainly due to the backward family management system,low quality of professionals,lack of reasonable financing planning,and small scale of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.Finally,based on the previous analysis,to better promote the development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises and solve their financing difficulties,this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures and security measures.The research conclusion is that we should attach great importance to internal financing and make reasonable use of the internal financing to obtain the enterprise development funds;In terms of external financing,P2 C financing,project financing,supply chain financing,and other financing methods are adopted to ensure the stability of financing channels in terms of debt on the one hand and provide new financing channels for the development of enterprises from the perspective of equity financing on the other hand.In addition,small and medium-sized construction enterprises need to resolve their financing difficulties from the aspects of standardizing the company management and information disclosure system,improving the professional level of employees,strengthening the cooperation with the government and banks,and building a financing guarantee system.
