| As the development of global economic integration and competition,the work in enterprises get more and more complex,which lead the more and more problems.During the situation,project managers become leaders in enterprises,and it’s the most important part of humtian resources in enterprises,the relationship between competence and job performance get more and more focus.Achievement is an important standard of projections and enterprises.That make the research is necessary.This study based on reviewing the main stream theory,and generalizing related literature,I focus on the constituent elements of competence,the standard of achievement,the role of project manager in enterprise management;also,I discuss the factors of enterprises and the models of theory.In this basement,I summary the factors of project managers which from explicit competence and implicit competence,meanwhile,I take 4 hypothesis.I relate the contracture of former researcher in achievement standard,analysis the relationship in job satisfaction/team-building/employee motivation,etc.,of project managers’ competence,and I use the icons to simulate every factor’s influences,I get a little bit achievement in this research.In this paper,I take the American Becthel Co.as the example,I introduce the basement of this company,and I study the actually application of this theory in this company,and I analysis the problem between competence and achievement.This paper worked on the way of questionnaires,and analysis the data.In the result,every data is match with researching:the implicit competence is better than explicit competence;the factors from the enterprises are compacting on project achievement;project managers is an important factor for enterprises.In application,project managers’ competence Is help to enterprises and projects management,on the basis of this,the guidance and influence of the enterprise’s own factors can promote project achievement and organization achievement.Only the scientific application of the competence of the project manager and the management of the company,we can make sure of achievement promoted,and enterprises can get more profit both economic and social.The internal factors for this relationship should also be further clarified,or put forward practical significance related in addition to this enterprise scale and enterprise culture in the role of other factors in this study,project management advice enterprises improve their own competence,starting from the quality management skills,so as to improve.The work performance,to achieve the project goals and organizational goals. |
