In recent years,the number of bridges in our country has grown at a rate of 27,000 per year.Now it has more than 1 million bridges and has become the bridge power in the world.However,most of the bridges in service in our country were built in the 1980s.It is difficult to meet the needs of today's society in terms of design load and construction technology.By the end of 2016,China had over 100,000 dangerous bridges.Therefore,how to carry out effective custody measures and rationally allocate limited maintenance funds to a huge number of bridge facilities in the bridge management departments requires a comprehensive and accurate assessment of the status of the bridge and scientific bridge custody.1.There are many factors that affect the status of the bridge.The relationships among the factors are complex and have different degrees of influence.In order to increase the accuracy of the cognition and description of the status of the bridge,from the system science perspective,The inner link.When studying the state of bridge,it is limited by human cognition and detection technology.Some information in the system is known and some of the information is unknown.In this paper,gray theory is used to analyze the state of bridge.2.From the perspective of bridge suitability,durability and safety,the bridge state assessment system is established in four aspects:natural environment,human activities,external durability of bridge and safety of bridge structure.According to the classification of the bridge status grades in the code,the gray relational degree of each index is analyzed by the gray relational method with the bridge status index as the sequence of system characteristic behavior to determine the weight.The actual value into the center of the triangle whitening weight function by gray cluster analysis to determine the level of the bridge.In this paper,Fu Feng Bridge project as an example of its status assessment,assessment results for the "qualified state C".3.GM(1,14)state model,GM(1,14)residual error correction model and gray neural network model are established based on GM(1,n)model.The Feng Feng bridge calendar years statistical data into the model,from the perspective of error analysis of gray neural network model and the residual error of 54.63,the average relative error of 3.463%higher accuracy model.The 2016 bridge state score obtained from gray neural network model from the perspective of rationality is 61.4,and the obtained score is more in line with the assessment results of Fufeng Bridge.Therefore,the gray neural network model for the bridge state degradation model bridge management system development.4.Using ASP.NET technology in the.NET Framework web development platform to establish a complete bridge management system.Based on the bridge information management module,the bridge detection and evaluation module,the regular structural inspection field record module,the bridge rating module,the report center and the basic data,the system implements bridge degradation model with Matlab and Paython language hybridization The establishment of the assessment results can be displayed on the website.The analysis shows that the bridge state assessment system based on the gray theory can accurately reflect the actual operation status of the bridge and the management system development based on the bridge degradation model can"prescribe the right remedy" to the problems affecting the bridge state,Scientific management plays a positive role in promoting.
