CODLAG plant is a kind of combined power plants that have the advantages of Mechanical propulsion system and electirc propulsion system.Under low working condition,electricmotor drives the propeller directly to get low noise level and high economical efficiency.Under high working condition,gasturbine and electricmotor drive the propeller together to get high ship speed.Now,this propulsion system with excellent perfomance has been planed to be used at more and more warship.But there is still very little research about CODLAG in domestic.So,it is neccessery to do some research work about the steadystate characteristics,dynamic characteristics and control strategy of CODLAG.On the other hand,CODLAG plant is a kind of complex combined power plants,and simulation is a kind of efficient and economical tool to research about the performance of CODLAG.Integrated emulation who can intergrat multi-disciplinary and multi-dimension simulation model,is especially suitable at the simulation research of CODLAG.In view of the above mentioned facts,this paper conducts the following research about the working performance and the method of integrated simulation method of CODLAG.(1)The establishment of math models of every component.On the basis of thermodynamic equations,kinematical equations,empirical equations and arithmetics,the math models of gasturbine,desiel,electromotor,generator,SSSclutch,gears,shaft and propeller.(2)Research on the integrated simulation method of CODLAG device.Firstly,according to the simulation requests of components of CODLAG,areas where every simulation environment focus on and the model resource existing.MATLAB/SIMULINK environment is choosen to be the simulation environment of engines and control system,and C/C++ environment is choosen to be the simulation environment of transmission.And on the basis above,simulation model library with struct of system-simulation environment-classconponents is built.Secondly,in consideration of the conmmunication request,this paper designed the Communication logic between MATLAB/SIMULINK environment and C/C++ environment based Text messaging.And the port model is also developed in each environment.At the end,a set of whole integrated simulation model of CODLAG is developed.(3)Research on the steady-state performance of CODLAG device.The steady-state performance study of the CODLAG device is obtained.The steady-state matching performance of ship-engine-propeller and the running maps in different propulsion modes were studied.With the target of economic running,the matching performance of ship-engine-propeller was optimized and the most economic running line and the maximum speed was determined.(4)Research on the dynamic characteristics and control strategy of CODLAG device.On the basis of the features of CODLAG and the common control strategies,the modefied single governor method is selected.On the basis of this control strategy,typical working condition including electromotor propulsion,gasturbine and electromotor combined propulsion,combination,splitting and switch are simulated.And the parameter variation of each working conditon are developed.(5)Research on the optimization of control strategy of CODLAG device.Firstly,this paper select the dynamic behavior of shaft speed,at the process of load distribution of combination and splitting,as the optimization objective.Secondly,according to the request of optimization,this paper designed the optimization plan based on Genetic Algorithm.Finally,comparison and analysis were done.
