Research On Scheduling Technology For Luxury Cruise Projects

Based on the situation that the first China-Mading world-class luxury cruise will be built,this paper researched key scheduling technologies for luxury cruise projects.Schedule-scale of luxury cruise is up to hundred thousand,far more than ordinary ship projects.While the cruise needs to be produced and delivered on the precise date,which puts forward high requirements for luxury cruise scheduling technology.This article focused on the characteristics including large schedule-scale and on-time delivery date to research scheduling technology of luxury cruises.According to the existing ship and marine engineering,improving and optimizing scheduling technologies,enhancing efficiency of multi-project coordinal schedule compliation.Gurantee of strict scheduling control and on-ime delivery is provided for the follow-up luxury cruise projects.This paper first studied the scheduling method of ship and offshore projects,comparing the scheduling characteristics of luxury cruise projects and putting forward the scheduling system applicable to luxury cruise projects.The hierarchical decomposition model and hierarchical multiple execution mode were carried out as theoretical guidance for scheduling optimization.Secondly,the immune genetic algorithm was used to solve the optimization problem of multi-projects collaborative scheduling.The optimization of resource balance and cost of third-level planning determined the constraints for the fourth-level scheduling.Combined with reinforcement learning,the parallel genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem of schedule optimization,which optimized the resource balance and formed the expert knowledge base.The effectiveness of the above theoretical methods was verified by examples.The results showed that the above theoretical methods could ensure the resources-balance of collaborative multi-project and the reduction of projects cost as well as the improvement of scheduling and optimization efficiency under the on-time production mode of luxury cruise projects.Finally,based on the above research results,a prototype system of scheduling and optimization for luxury cruise project was developed to provide planners with a visual,understandable and easyto-use man-machine interface to realize the application value of this research.
