Research On Financial Process Re-engineering Based On Financial Business Integration

In recent years,the construction enterprise financial management by information technology and achieved certain results,but because the construction company wide,business management personnel scattered in the area of the project,and the financial focus on unified management of the company,led to the financial and business accounting of the dimension of time inconsistency,accounting subjects are not unified,the basic data is not coordinated,financial and operational independence operation,the low efficiency of accounting problems.The traditional financial management process has not been a good guide for the construction enterprises to carry out efficient production management.To improve the level of financial management and to reflect the economic activities more clearly and clearly,enterprises have to study the current financial management process re-engineering.But in recent years,I find that the research of financial process re-engineering mainly focuses on the processing,storage and output stage of financial data,and the collection process of financial information is urgent to study.This paper is based on this background,and analyzes the existing problems in the current financial management process of the construction enterprises.Integration of Finance and business management theory and management accounting management idea based on the restructuring of the financial process of construction enterprises,financial process re-engineering a scheme design for the integration of financial services,to achieve financial and business unified accounting standards,unified data source,unified flow of work,achieving bi-directional tracing,and thus enhance the building the level of enterprise financial management.Finally,the integration of financial and business architecture design scheme is applied to actual case analysis,combined with the YC construction company's current financial management status analysis process,to solve some problems in the financial management of construction enterprises how to design financial business through the integration of YC construction company,to ensure the consistency of YC construction company financial and business data.Through the comparison and analysis of the plan before and after the design,the author finds that the new design scheme makes the financial management function in the enterprise better.On the one hand,the consistencyof financial business data guarantees the effectiveness of financial information.On the other hand,at the same time,financial management is counteracting on business management and improving the level of business management.It is also hoped that this study will help to improve the financial management level of construction enterprises in China.
