| The integration of business and finance is a kind of management reform in which enterprise groups break the boundary between internal business and finance by information technology,achieves a high degree of integration in process,information and system.It is also a process of re-division and re-collaboration.This paper is a single case study about the integration of business and finance,of a enterprise group of China Railway Group Limited(CREC).This paper deeply analyze the essence and process mechanism of integration.This paper reveals the management problems that solved by business and finance integration by the analysis of the separation of business and finance,and the result of business and finance integration,and the comparison between the two situations,clarifies the significance of business and finance integration for enterprise management.It reveals the difference of financial management model in different stages,and the collaboration model of business and finance,and the mechanism of industry and finance integration process based on collaborative governance by in-depth analysis of the integration process,studies the governance objectives,public authority,governance mechanism,capacity instruction,evaluation and improvement,and other factors in the process,and analyzes the motivations and promotion factors of the two stages of business and finance integration.In this paper,it modeled a kind of model about the application of collaborative governance theory in enterprise group,an organizational mode between public relations and enterprise.In view of the differences between the organizational model of enterprise groups and the organizational model of public relations,the role of theoretical elements in collaborative governance has also changed.For the collaborative governance of enterprise groups,the role of public authority is more significant,and the self-organization mode in the governance mechanism is relatively weakened. |
