| In recent years,frequent earthquakes have caused serious damage to our cities.As an important subsystem of the urban lifeline,the evacuation routes for earthquakes have played an important role not only in the emergency rescue but also in the emergency evacuation of residents.With endanger caused by earthquakes,it will often have a certain impact on the traffic capacity of urban evacuationroutes for earthquakes.How to scientifically assess the traffic capacity of evacua-tion routes for earthquakes in urban disaster prevention planning,then reasonablychoose evacuation routes for earthquakes and to ensure the safety and timelinessof evacuation for earthquakes is an important issue to be solved.In the study,literature review,field investigation and mathematical model,etc were used to assess the traffic capacity of evacuation routes for earthquake in Dongchuan urban district,and on this basis,the selection of evacuation routes forearthquakes was studied.Firstly,the evacuation routes for earthquakes of Dongchuan urban district was selected initially,and the influencing factors of traffic capacity of evacuation routes for earthquakes were analyzed,and the related mathematical models were used to assess traffic capacity of evacuation routes after earthquakes in Dongchuan urban district.Secondly,using the evacuation routes of Dongchuan urban district,which meets the evacuation requirements,as paths.The Dongchuan urban population gathering point,emergency evacuation shelters,and fixed evacuation shelters for earthquakes are used as nodes.And to jointly build a spatial network of evacuation for earthquakes in Dongchuan urban district.The spatial network analysis method in GIS is used to establish the ownership relationship between the population gathering point and the evacuation shelter(OD).Finally,with the goal of minimizing evacuation time and maximum reliability of traffic capacity,GA is used to establish a selection model of evacuation routes for earthquakes in Dongchuan urban district,and to select three optimal,sub-optimal and superior evacuation routes between OD.Results show that:(1)The routes that do not meet the evacuation requirements after earthquakes in Dongchuan urban district are mainly rural roads in Xigawei village,Nilagu village and Lali village around the city,and some of them are Wenyuan street and Yanshan road in old town.(2)There are still service blind spots in the evacuation shelters in Dongchuan urban district.For example,the Jiu-huan forest community,etc in new town,the in frastructure construction are lagging,and the corresponding evacuation shelters have not yet been configured;Xiaoxinjie village has not been served,due to it effective route with the evacuation shelter are lack after earthquakes.(3)There is only one evacuation routesbetween some communities and evacuation shelters in Dongchuan urban district,such as the Xinqiao courtyard-Taoyuan community and the odd market.Such communities are concentrated on the edge of the city or close to evacuation shelters.(4)Among the three selected evacuation routes,there are winding paths,such as the route between Taoyuan new district and No.1 Nianhua square(Kaitongroad-Tuanjie road-Guiyuan street-Jiyi road),and it takes more time.It affects the timeliness of emergency evacuation during a disaster.In earthquake,shortest route should be selected preferentially. |
