Metal rubber is a new type of structural damping material through spiral winding,blank winding and cold stamping.Because of its excellent mechanical properties,it is widely used in aerospace,weapon equipment and other fields.However,it is difficult to study the impact stiffness and damping properties of rubber materials under the condition of high nonlinearity.Starting from the mechanical theory of metal rubber materials,this paper establishes the relationship between static characteristics and impact characteristics of metal rubber buffer elements;The static compression test and impact test of metal rubber specimens are carried out,and the static and impact mechanical properties of metal rubber are analyzed through the test result curve;An impact numerical simulation method of metal rubber shock absorber is proposed.The impact numerical simulation is studied and compared with the test data to verify the reliability of this method.The specific contents are as follows:Starting from the mechanical theory of metal rubber buffer element,the theoretical aspects of its static characteristics and impact characteristics are analyzed,and the relationship between static characteristics and impact characteristics of metal rubber buffer element is established,which provides the required material parameters for subsequent finite element simulation.Through the static compression test of metal rubber specimens with different relative density and wire diameter,and then sorting and analyzing the static compression curve.By comparing the nonlinear stiffness curve and energy dissipation coefficient of each test group,the variation law of each evaluation index with the above variable factors is analyzedThrough the impact test of metal rubber shock absorber with different relative density and wire diameter,the influence of the above parameters on its impact mechanical properties was studied.A numerical simulation method of metal rubber material defined by combi165 element is proposed.The impact stiffness curve obtained after the impact characterization of the static compression curve is processed,and the relevant simulation parameters are determined.The impact numerical simulation of metal rubber shock absorber is carried out,and compared with the test data to verify the reliability of this method.On this basis,the impact simulation of metal rubber shock absorber under the action of different relative density,wire diameter and different excitation signals is carried out,the influence law of the above factors on the impact isolation coefficient of shock absorber is analyzed,and the universal applicability of the simulation is verified,It provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of metal rubber shock absorber under impact.
