In recent years,with the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard,people pay more and more attention to the quality of life.At the same time,with the continuous progress of the process of urbanization,the building is becoming more and more multi-layered.People enjoy these progress and gradually pay more attention to health.A house is a place for life,rest and work.The quality of indoor air is a standard of high quality life.This paper will study the smoke exhaust system from the angle of system and parameterization,and use programming language to complete the design of the program interface,which is convenient and quick to optimize the design of the centralized smoke exhaust system.The thesis is mainly studied in the following aspects:First of all,we consulted domestic and foreign literatures to study the theory of central exhaust system and the problems and the existing solutions.According to the existing theory and research foundation,the research plan of this paper is formulated,the theory of CFD numerical simulation and the mathematical model of the centralized smoke exhaust system are introduced,and the parameterized research of the follow-up system is convenient.Then,according to the parameters needed by the mathematical model,we do research.The partial components appearing in the central exhaust system were studied,mainly including smoke extraction branch,check valve and the resistance coefficient of the three part of the confluence.These parts are studied by the combination of CFD numerical simulation and experimental research,and the influence factors of these partial resistance coefficients and the calculation method of resistance coefficient are obtained.Finally,according to the previous research,we write the calculation program and the design of the program interface.The concentrated flue,oil fume machine,exhaust pipe,check valve and other parts of the centralized smoke exhaust system,as input variables,are used as input variables to calculate the flow of each opening floor,and the flow rate calculated by the calculation program is verified experimentally.Based on the calculation program,the optimization design of exhaust uniformity is carried out in two aspects of check valve opening angle and hood selection.
