In recent years,with the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,most residential houses have begun to use public flue for smoke extraction and environmental protection.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a system for data flow pressure in public flue.Perform simulation calculations and online monitoring.The main research contents of the thesis include the following:The theory of CFD numerical simulation and the mathematical model of the public flue exhaust system are introduced to facilitate the parametric study of subsequent systems.According to the parameters required by the mathematical model,the numerical simulation and experimental verification of the drag coefficient of the exhaust pipe,check valve and the three-way part of the common flue exhaust system are completed.After completing the parameterization study of each component,the development of the calculation program was completed by determining the system architecture and development language of the software.The structure definition of the parameters involved in the public flue model and the hood model in the public flue exhaust system is introduced.The calculation process of the iterative function is clarified,and the convergence verification of the iterative function is completed.Then use C# language for parametric programming,complete the changes of layer number,layer height,flue size,range hood type,branch length and type,valve angle,check valve form,and operating rate,etc.,can be quickly calculated and visualized Visualization procedure for changes in flow within each layer of the public chimney.In this visualization program,the LoRa-based IoT data incoming interface is developed.By constructing a LoRa traffic data sending module composed of a terminal,a repeater,and a server,the traffic record value of each layer of the experimental platform built in the field can be sent to the above.The visualization program is compared with the calculation results of the same working condition to complete the verification of the correctness of the experimental results of the calculation program.The LoRa traffic data sending module also provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent development of online diagnostics,monitoring and other functional modules.
