As one of China's six key regulatory measuring instruments,the electric energy meter is listed as the first batch of compulsory inspection products.With the deteriorating electromagnetic environment in today's society,electromagnetic field radiation of electromechanical energy meters with electronic function devices Immunity tests are essential.In the traditional energy meter RF electromagnetic field radiation immunity test process requires manual control of the test process,and real-time recording of the digital change of the power meter LCD screen or the flickering changes of the pulse lamp,thus there is a large probability of error,time-consuming and labor-intensive,work efficiency and other issues.For these problems in the experiment,this paper uses automatic testing technology and computer vision theory to study an automatic detection system.First of all,this paper constructs a radio frequency electromagnetic field test environment by using signal generators,power amplifiers,energy meter verification devices,GTEM cells,and other instruments,and can automatically control the test process by using pre-set test parameters before the experiment.At the same time,the web camera is configured so that it can capture the image of the electric energy meter during the test so as to replace the human eye observation and transmit the captured image to the computer.Then,according to the acquired images,the theory of computer vision was used to study the digital automatic recognition algorithm on the LCD of the energy meter during the test and the automatic counting algorithm of the pulse lamp flicker on the electric energy surface board,aiming at the LCD screen during the load test process.Readings,using a digital recognition algorithm based on BP neural network,combined with image processing technology to achieve automatic identification of the LCD screen;against the pulse lamp count during the no-load test,using the light-off threshold to determine the light-off state,through the calculation of the frame The difference determines the flashing status and counts.Finally,a set of software for automatic detection system of radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test for electric energy meter was designed and developed,including field strength calibration module,test standard parameter configuration module,network camera,control module,automatic detection module and test data storage module.The reliability of the software was proved by experiments,and the source of the error was analyzed.The experimental results show that the system designed in this paper can meet the requirements of practical application and has a certain development prospect.
