Mosquitoes are one of the four calamity,it can spread epidemic encephalitis,malaria,filariasis,dengue fever and other infectious diseases,so anti-mosquito has become extremely important.In this paper,mosquitoes were used as the research object.Based on the phototaxis and light trapping technique of mosquitoes,a multi-spectral mosquito trap experimental device was designed,which could achieve multi-spectral work at the same time and was used to study the tendency of mosquito to different light waves.And then I started the further study on the phototaxis of mosquitoes in a room on the basis of experiments in the absence of dark room.The amulti-spectral mosquito trap experimental device consists of an insect delivery chamber,a trap channel and a control circuit,the insect delivery chamber includes an insect release port,a top cover and a floating barrier,and the trap channel includes a connecting tube,an insect collector and a monochrome LED Lure light source.In the experiment,the control circuit controls the output of the light source and the motor impeller.The mosquito is put into the insect delivery chamber through the insect release port.The mosquitoes are attracted by the light source,and fly through the channel to the light source.The suction airflow generated by the motor impeller sucks the mosquito into the insect collector,dry to death.The results of dark room experiments showed that mosquitoes had obvious tendency to light source of ultraviolet light and blue-violet light,especially the light source of 365 nm,405nm,420 nm and 450 nm,among which 365 nm and 420 nm light source had the most obvious mosquito performance,as to the mosquito effect,there was no significant difference between these two light;In addition,we also found that mosquitoes showed a strong photophobism on the yellow light through data analysis.The results of indoor experiments showed that in the room with the flow of people,the wavelength of 420 nm monochromatic LED light source had the best mosquito effect,different from the results of unmanned dark room,the ability to trap mosquito of 365 nm light source were significantly less than 420 nm.Besides,theexperiment also used two sets of combination light sources,405nm+420nm and420nm+450nm respectively,the comparison of the mosquito effect were as follows:420nm> 405 nm + 420nm> 405nm> 420 nm + 450nm> 450 nm,so the mosquito effect of 420 nm light source is most significant.Finally I also found that people,carbon dioxide,temperature and humidity except spectrum also had an impact on mosquito activity.In summary,the use of mosquito phototaxis on mosquitoes trapping,efficient and harmless,is an important means to achieve mosquito control.
