In the plating industry,power supply is an indispensable part of the production equipment,and the traditional plating is mostly using DC power.With the development of economic and technology,people's requirements for the appearance and quality of plating products are also increasing.Pulse power has many advantages over DC power.By adjusting the amplitude,pulse number,frequency and duty cycle of the positive and negative pulse,the electrodeposition process of metal ions can be changed,and the appearance of plating products is smooth,uniform and meticulous.In this thesis,the working principle of various waveform pulse power supply is analyzed in detail,and the design scheme is put forward in hardware,simulation and software.On this basis,various waveform pulse power supply based on STM32 is developed.The main circuit part of this thesis includes three modules.The single-phase rectifier is not controlled;in order to get the positive and negative pulse,two DC/DC converters which can output positive and negative voltage respectively are designed in this thesis,two-transistor forward topology structure is stable and reliable in low power applications,and the circuit design is relatively simple;through control the MOSFET of the H bridge inverter on-off to make pulse.On the main chip,UC3845 chip is selected for outputting PWM wave controls the MOSFET on DC/DC converter and adjust the DC power.STM32VCT6 MCU is used to realize parameter setting,display and control H bridge inverter.Secondly,the main circuit simulation model is built in MATLAB and SABER,the reliability and rationality of the circuit are verified,analyzed and improved.The final design of the pulse power supply can output the following six modes: normal in CV and CC(positive and negative),or single-pulse in CV and CC(only positive)and pulse in CV and CC(a few positive and a few negative),the output voltage range is 0~9V,the output current range is 0~5A,the output pulse number range is 0~10A,the frequency range is 0~5000Hz,the output duty cycle range is 0~99.9%.The output power of a single DC power is 45 W,the efficiency is over 70%,and the output ripple is less than 300 mV.The efficiency of common and monopulse mode of pulse power supply is measured,and there is no peak load when controlling MOSFET on-off.
