Research On Integrative Performance Test System For Commercial Vehicle EBS Proportional Relay Valve

EBS proportional relay valve is one of the important devices of electronic control brakesystem,it is good or not directly affects the safety of the vehicle when braking,great threat to people's life and property safety.At present,the domestic related research still focus on traditional relay valve of air brake parts,while new EBS proportion relay valve structure is complex,the performance parameters is numerous,the traditional relay valve testing device has been unable to meet the demand of new EBS proportional relay valve testing.Therefore,it is very important to independently design an EBS proportional relay valve integrativeperformance detection system.,detailed operation,simple and quick operation of EBS proportional relay valve integrated performance testing system.The main research contents include:Firstly,the working principle of the physical structure and different control modes of the test object EBS proportional relay valve are researched,From the relationship between current and electromagnetic force,piston and valve core dynamic balance,valve body cavity gas mass flow and pressure change,the mathematical model is established.Then,using MATLAB/Simulink software platform to carry out the simulation analysis of EBS proportional relay valve in different modes of electric control and air control and get the hysteresis characteristics and dynamic characteristic.Secondly,Reference to automobile industry standard QC 37-2011 and the national standard GB/T 12676-2014,formulated the EBS proportional relay valve consists of sealing test and hysteresis characteristics test and dynamic characteristics test plan.The detection system can test the parameters of EBS proportional relay valve leakage,hysteresis current,hysteresis pressure,response time,release time,etc.Detection system mainly includes the test gas circuit module,a programmable current source module,data acquisition module,the sensor part such as power supply module,in order to satisfy the detect requirements,a set of upper computer test software was developed based on LabVIEW,which realized the test of the comprehensive performance of the valve and the storage of relevant data.Thirdly,a lot of experiments on the development of detection equipment,for each location for each test item 30 consecutive trials,and according to the special testing equipment evaluation method guide assessment of repeatability and accuracy of test results is performed.After calculation,the measuring ability index of the detection system are both greater than 2.0,satisfying the evaluation requirements,which can be accepted and put into production.
