The Design And Research Of The Cylinders,Pistons In CY6110 Diesel

Piston,piston ring and liner of internal combustion engine are the most important friction pairs,which relates to many respescts,such as economy,power and reliability of internal-combustion engine,so we can say the design of piston,piston ring and liner are very important.By chance of designing piston,piston ring and liner during model CY6110 diesel engine development,this paper has given a detail study and analysis respectively on the design pross of piston,piston ring and liner,important design parameters were specified by large amount of charts and data,the design principle and design idea of the author was defined,finally a series design programes have been got;With chapter"Application Result Assessment",it also made a combination and comparation for the proposals occurred during design,a ideal design has got by series testing so as to give detail analysis and optimization.This paper has studied in serval respects,such as theory,design practice,testing.In testing,it not only has rotine tests,such as emissin,external characteristic,bypass,oil comsumption and reliability,but also has special test,such as test of temperature site so as to have even better analysis and study in every respect.Due to Model CY6110 diesel engine is as a maketing product to be developed,while to ensure its emission,economy,power and reliability,and to reduce the cost as much as possible,which is one of the design principle.Thus some more advanced process measures and design proposals haven't applicated in the design of Model CY6110 diesel engice,but by chapter"Further Prospects for Studying Work",this paper has given a detail introduction any analysis,I believe these methods must be widely used with the continous development of internal-combustion engine industry.At present,in various kinds of monographs of internal-combustion engine,mostly study burning,emission and whole design of internal-combustion,it rarely mentions the study of piston,piston ring,liner friction pairs,especially the design study of typical version,so this paper expects to give engineering techicians some help through such practial design application,analyze the success and failure of the design of moving parts.This paper presents in more detail on the design process of the liner and piston group of Model CY6110 diesel engine,it has given certain analysis and study on the design,calculation,material,it also presents in more detail on various kinds of data of this group of frication pairs,such as structure design,material selection,pcocess machining,testing certification etc,as well as the further prospets for such research work so that the related people can take it as reference.
