With the rapid growth of the mileage of urban gas pipeline network,the hidden dangers of leakage and explosion are also increased.Compared with the application of operation safety monitoring technology in natural gas long-distance transmission trunk line,operation monitoring measures of urban pipeline network are obviously weak,and PE pipeline network is insufficient for core components and related technology preparation,especially unable to meet the needs of automatic operation and safety monitoring of pipeline network.In view of the existing problems,the establishment of a complete set of intelligent monitoring system of gas pipeline,leakage detection methods,operation conditions of the gas real-time monitoring,accurate analysis,and clear leakage to respond quickly to shut off the gas valve,to avoid safety accidents.The main research work is as follows:1.Study on City pipe network topology,select the appropriate network topology;analysis single pipe data using fluid mechanics,and calculated the drag coefficient of special parts,provides a reference model for the subsequent accurate simulation;calculate the topological network operating parameters,and in order to have a general calculation algorithm for different pipe network,we analogy the circuit and the gas network,matrix the pipeline network,and establish the pipeline node matrix,the network description matrix is obtained,and the operation parameters of any node can be calculated by this matrix,so as to provide data support for subsequent leakage detection.2.A lot of simulation has been done on basic network topology,simulate the pressure data of each node network under different conditions,simulated the leakage pressure curve,it provides a lot of data basis for the design of subsequent leak prediction method.Using Kalman filtering method for terminal nodes(temperature,pressure,flow)of data filtering,the at the same time,simplify the data format,and describe the running status of the system completely.3.According to the operation and leak rules,establish network operating judge rules,including the necessary and sufficient conditions,and through a largenumber of data verify the feasibility;using the pressure difference between the simulated values and the measured value to find the leakage location,and verify the location accuracy.4.The whole system construction scheme is given,including monitoring system composition,intelligent PE valve hardware circuit structure,intelligent operation monitoring platform,providing technical support for project implementation.In summary,we finish the design of the operation monitoring and the main control system,based on the city gas pipeline network,established relatively complete analysis model,put forward the PE gas pipeline leakage detection method based on node parameter analysis,provides a technical scheme for future network surveillance.
